Construction Stage Building Inspections

It is important to have the construction of your new home professionally inspected at all of the critical Stages of the build process. These stages of construction include:

• Base Stage
• Frame Stage
• Enclosed Stage
• Fixing Stage
• Practical Completion / Handover Stage

These inspections are ideally done before Stage Progress Payments are made, for Quality Assurance purposes, and to ensure that the work for each stage has been completed.
