Yes, DKT Building Inspections has a Building Inspection and Open Builders licence with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission ( QBCC ), and is fully insured.
The report contains an easy to read, detailed list of any building defects and safety issues, including colour photos and a concise description of the property inspected.
All reports are emailed out within 24 hours of the inspection being conducted.
After the Pre Inspection Agreement is signed and returned to us, Darren will contact the Real Estate Agent. Building Supervisor or the tenants directly, to make any arrangements to access the property.
